Internet: There will be the "Eduroam" WiFi network of the university and another special access guest WiFi at BIBA. Further information will be provided at the registration desk.
 
Meals: For the get-together on Monday, there will be finger food, soft drinks, beer and wine. For lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, you will get vouchers for the university canteen at the registration desk. The canteen offers a variety of menus comprising meals with meat as well as vegetarian and vegan meals and salads. They also offer soft drinks. The canteen opening times are from 11:30am to 2:15pm. On Tuesday, there will be a joint dinner at the "Ratskeller Bremen". There will be a buffet where you can choose from a variety of food.
 
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the BIBA. However, smoking is possible outside the building.
 
Tram tickets: You will get tram tickets at the registration desk. The tickets can be used for all trams and busses in Bremen and will be valid from Monday to Friday.
 
Weather: It will probably be cloudy and rainy with temperatures between 0 and 10°C. An umbrella might be useful.
 
Working place: If you want to work in a quiet room, you can use room 1030, which is diagonally opposite to the BIBA Auditorium, where the sessions will take place.
